Surface Roughness Testing Component Holder

Vice is an Optional as Accessory for Surface Roughness Tester 

The Vice is for holding the small component. It is important that the component won't move during roughness measurement, when the sensor skid on the component surface, if this component moves will affect the measurement. 

Calibration block bracket (specimen holder)

The block bracket comes with the surface roughness tester standard delivery, this bracket is for holding the specimen, there is a glass screw (if the bracket material is glass) for tighten it.

This specimen holder is normally to calibrate or to check the roughness tester's reading precision, and it is for standard surface roughness device. 

The sensor for KR310 or KR320 is Axe type sensor KS160, there are also the other 2 kind of sensor can be directly used for flat surface. KS130 groove sensor, KS110 curved sensor.
