KA520 Platform as Optional Accessory for Surface Roughness Tester

The metal working platform KA520 is for combination with the surface roughness tester, the platform is elevatable with adjustable height 200mm, with flexible orientation for rotation angle 80degrees, weight around 5kg, this platform measurement stand enables the adjustment of the position of stylus to be more precise and measurement to be more stable.

When measuring for a small flat surface component, you can rise the surface roughness tester and the component to make them on same level by using a table or block is ok, but if Ra value of measured surface is relatively small, we recommend the platform.

With the platform, the surface roughness tester suit for wide applications, measuring in ‘O’ rings and narrow grooves, very deep grooves, curves etc.

The platform is 200mm adjustable, if the component is big, higher than 200mm, you can install opposite way, put the platform on a table, the component will not place on metal base anymore, the component is placed outside of the platform in lower level.
