KR310 Roughness Tester measuring small hole

Today we are going to measure the roughness for the workpiece in a hole, using this KR310 split type roughness meter combined with the small hole sensor.

The most important is we should fix the workpiece, do not let the workpiece produce any shaking, and make the small hole sensor to be aligned to the hole.  

firstly, change the standard groove sensor to small hole sensor, attached the drive unit to the height gauge, and adjust probe leveling by eye seeing, and operate according to manual.

Then take a measurement, after you are hearing the sound "di", the measurement is completed.
