This portable hardness tester KH190 is 320*240 color display, high quality, including 7 scales HL, HS, HB, HR, HRB, HRA, HV, the HL scale and the prescribed scale you selected are shown same time (Showing dual scale according to impact Device and material).

This portable hardness tester KH190 features auto-probe detection, compatible with 7 type of impact device to solve various kinds of hardness testing applications.

The portable hardness tester KH190 supports hot swap. Provide PC software to export data through USB, convenient for data management. Support user defined material, automatic sound alarm, accuracy: ±6HLD , repeatability: ±6HLD

Impact device scope of application 

D Type Impact Device 

Portable hardness tester with D Type Impact Device is used for solving of main hardness testing assignment.

D probe is around 147mm.D Type Impact Device is suit for sample of average roughness RA 1.6μm; 

Minimum weight of samples required: the hardness tester with D type can directly test the hardness when the sample weight is 5kg or more, 

if for 2kg to 5kg, the probe needs solid support, if the weight is 0.05 to 2kg, the sample need coupled on heavy item.

Minimum thickness: if for 5mm sample, the sample need proper coupled with heavy work piece, if for hardened layers, the layer thickness should be 0.8mm or more.

DC Type Impact Device

Portable hardness tester with DC Type Impact Device is used for confined spaces such as holes, internal measurements of cylinders.

DC probe is short:86 mm. the minimum weight of sample, and the minimum thickness are required same with D type impact device.

DL Type Impact Device

Portable hardness tester with DL Type Impact Device is used for confined space such as elongated narrow slot or hole.

DL probe is around 205mm, the measuring conditions is same with D type impact device.

C Type Impact Device

C Type Impact Device for portabe hardness tester is reduced impact energy, for testing hardened or thin-walled components, with average roughness RA required 0.4μm; C probe length is 141mm.

Direct testing: 1.5kg; On solid support: 0.5-1.5kg; Coupled on heavy item: 0.02-2kg

D+15 Type Impact Device for hardness tester is for measurements in grooves, recessed surface, with average roughness RA required 1.6μm; D+15 probe length 162mm.
