This coating thickness gauge is used for measuring coatings based on eddy or magnetic principle, a variety of probes offers a wide range of possibilities for universal and specific measurement.

Coating Thickness application is developed for quality inspection room, research facilities and laboratories, and especially for industrial field including electroplating, chemical industry, automotive industry. 

The standard probe for kairda coating thickness gauge is F1 or N1, you can choose one of them as required for your test object.

Coating thickness gauge N1 probe can measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings layers covered on conductive substrate. Such as: (enamel, rubber, paint, vanish, plastic anodic-oxide layer) covered on conductive substrate (aluminum, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel).


F3 Probe- Fe base

Measuring range: 0~3000μm

Coating Thickness Gauge F3 probe measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers covered on magnetic substrate. Such as: non-magnetic (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) covered on magnetic substrate (steel, alloy and magnetic stainless steel)


N3 Probe- NFE base

Measuring range: 0~3000μm

Coating Thickness Gauge N3 probe can measure the thickness of non-conductive coatings layers covered on conductive substrate. Such as: (enamel, rubber, paint, vanish, plastic anodic-oxide layer) covered on conductive substrate (aluminum, brass, zinc and nonmagnetic stainless steel).


F1/90°probe - Fe base

Measuring range: 0~1250μm

Coating Thickness Gauge F1/90°use to measuring surface that cant be touch by ordinary probe, it can measure the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers covered on magnetic substrate. Such as: non-magnetic (aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, paint) covered on magnetic substrate (steel, alloy and magnetic stainless steel)


F10 probe - Fe base (Large range)

Measuring range: 0~10000μm
